This Privacy Policy describes how Smart Field (operated by Eminence Infotech Pvt. Ltd.) collects, uses, and discloses information from and about you when you use our services.

Information You Provide Us:

• Account signup: Name, contact number, email address, company name, country, and others for account creation.
• Event registrations and form submissions: Information submitted when registering for events, subscribing to newsletters, downloading materials, participating in contests/surveys, or requesting customer support.
• Payment processing: Name, contact information, credit card information, or other payment account details for purchases. We store only the last four digits and expiry date of your credit card. We may store your payment information securely with our Payment Gateway Service Providers if you authorize it for quicker processing.
• Testimonials: Name and other personal information included in testimonials you authorize us to publish (with your approval before posting).
• Interactions with Smart Field: We may record, analyze, and use your interactions with us (email, phone, chat) to improve interaction with you and other customers.

Information We Collect Automatically:

• Information from browsers, devices, and servers: Internet protocol address, browser type, language preference, time zone, referring URL, date and time of access, operating system, mobile device manufacturer, and mobile network information (collected in log files to understand website visitors).
• Information from first-party cookies and tracking technologies: We use temporary and permanent cookies to identify users and enhance user experience. We embed unique identifiers in downloadable products for usage tracking. We also use cookies, beacons, tags, scripts, and similar technologies to identify visitors, track website navigation, gather demographic information, understand email campaign effectiveness, and target visitor and user engagement. We do not use third-party cookies or tracking technologies. We use first-party Local Storage Objects (LSOs) to store content information and preferences for certain features.
• Information from application logs and mobile analytics: We collect information about your use of our products, services, and mobile applications from application logs and in-house usage analytics tools. This information includes clicks, scrolls, features accessed, access time and frequency, errors generated, performance data, storage utilized, user settings and configurations, and devices used to access and their locations.

Information We Collect from Third Parties:

• Referrals: Name, email address, and other personal information from someone referring you to our products/services through referral programs. You can request removal of your information from our database by contacting us.
• Information from reselling partners and service providers: Name, email address, company name, and other information from reselling partners or service providers you contact, event organizers for events sponsored by Smart Field, review sites where you comment on our products/services, and other third-party service providers we engage for marketing.
• Information from social media sites and other publicly available sources: Publicly available information (including profile information) from social media interactions to connect with you, improve products, or understand user reactions/issues. Once collected, this information may remain with us even if you delete it from social media sites. We may also add and update information about you from other publicly available sources.
